This recognition means a lot to us \u2014 it confirms that our efforts to integrate people into the labour market in a sustainable way are truly making a difference.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working together towards sustainable employment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We actively invest in <strong data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"530\">sustainable employment<\/strong>. We believe that everyone deserves a place in the labour market, regardless of their background or native language. That\u2019s why we focus on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"703\">Job and language coaching<\/strong>: for colleagues who speak other languages, we offer tailor-made language coaching. This helps them not only to perform their jobs more confidently, but also to integrate more quickly into our team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"920\">Employment<\/strong>: we develop talent on the work floor.
