At Fresh & Saucy Foods we attach great importance to collaboration and we believe in the usefulness of team building to get to know each other better and to be able to respond better to each other. This way we can develop new skills in a sporty and fun way, with which we can take our productivity and service to a higher level. That’s why in January we took our team of enthusiastic employees to Sparkx in Hasselt, Europe’s leading sports and entertainment park, for an afternoon full of sports and exercise.
Lifelong learning
Our day started with an inspiring training session provided by our quality department. During this interactive training, the focus was once again on the most important points regarding food safety. We had to work individually and as a team to score as many points as possible through an interesting quiz.
After the educational morning, in combination with an evacuation exercise, it was high time to recharge our energy with a delicious lunch. We all jumped on the bus to Hasselt, where a fantastic buffet was waiting for us at Sparkx. At Fresh & Saucy Foods we attach great importance to healthy and nutritious food, so this lunch gave us the necessary energy we needed to start our sporty afternoon.
Time for action!
Armed with renewed energy, we headed to the many attractions and sports facilities that Sparkx has to offer. There are individual sports, duo activities and team-oriented sports that you can practice, so there is something for everyone. But above all, the activities brought us together as a team. We worked together, encouraged each other and overcame every challenge. Ideal to strengthen our team spirit!
After a day full of sports, learning and working together, we returned to Fresh & Saucy Foods. Our team building at Sparkx was not only fun, but also valuable to strengthen ties as a team and get to know each other better outside of the working atmosphere.
We are already looking forward to the next team building experience, laser shooting, bowling, karting, football… it will definitely be a hit again!
