Working together towards sustainable employment
We actively invest in sustainable employment. We believe that everyone deserves a place in the labour market, regardless of their background or native language. That’s why we focus on:
- Job and language coaching: for colleagues who speak other languages, we offer tailor-made language coaching. This helps them not only to perform their jobs more confidently, but also to integrate more quickly into our team.
- Employment: we develop talent on the work floor. Through targeted training and guidance, we help our employees gain a strong grasp of their roles.
- HR policy: we work together to create a working environment where everyone feels welcome and has room to grow.
Thanks to this approach, we provide not only jobs, but also meaningful and sustainable work, where people can develop, feel good, and stay active in the long term.
